Created by Athletics Canada and presented by Athletics Performance Improvement, RunJumpThrow (RJT) is the grassroots development program for track and field. This program teaches the skills of running, jumping and throwing and the technical skill progressions for track and field events to boys and girls ages 6-12.
The RJT program is designed to give a strong background in sport skills that will serve them well in other sports and throughout their lives. No matter what sport of physical endeavor children attempt in their lifetime, the mechanics of running, jumping, and/or throwing will inevitably come into play. Programs for Groups of 20One Hour You are provided with: - Instruction from a certified RJT Instructor
- RunJumpThrow equipment setup
- Optional highlight DVD and video analysis
Cost - $90 (+ GST)
- *If additional instructor is needed (over 20 children): additional $40 (incl. GST)
90 Minutes
You are provided with:- 90 minutes of instruction from a certified RJT Instructor
- RunJumpThrow equipment setup
- Optional highlight DVD and video analysis
Cost - $140 (+ GST)
- *If additional instructor is needed (over 20 children): additional $60 (incl. GST)
Two hours You are provided with: - 3 hours of instruction from a certified RJT Instructor
- RunJumpThrow equipment setup
- Complimentary highlight DVD and optional Video Analysis for your group.
Cost - $250 (incl. GST)
- *If additional instructor is needed (over 20 children): additional $80 (incl. GST)
Half-Day You are provided with: - 3 hours of instruction from a certified RJT Instructor
- RunJumpThrow equipment setup
- Complimentary highlight DVD and optional Video Analysis for your group.
Cost - $250 (incl. GST)
- *If additional instructor is needed (over 20 children): additional $100 (incl. GST)

Full-Day You are provided with: - 6 hours of instruction from a certified Run, Jump, Throw Instructor
- Equipment bag rental for the 6 hours if not owned
- Complimentary highlight DVD and Video Analysis for your group.
Cost - $450 (incl. GST)
